CENTRAL COMMUNICATION PORT
Central Communication Port (CPK) is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Poland, significantly impacting economic development, the job market, and the transport sector. This project includes the construction of a modern airport, a railway network, and the expansion of road infrastructure, generating a high demand for specialists in various fields. During the design phase, key recruitment efforts will focus on structural engineers, urban planning specialists, environmental experts, and financial analysts.
During the construction phase, there will be a need for heavy equipment operators, technicians, surveyors, electricians, automation specialists, and project management professionals. This investment will also contribute to the growth of subcontracting companies that will support the project’s implementation. Upon completion, CPK will create thousands of jobs in sectors such as logistics, passenger services, infrastructure management, and security.
In the long term, the project will enhance mobility and increase international connections, opening new opportunities for the service and trade sectors. Recruitment efforts will also include IT specialists, air traffic management professionals, security personnel, and airport maintenance staff. Collaboration with technical universities and industry organizations will be essential to ensure a well-qualified workforce.
